What does gutter clearance include?
We remove leaves, moss and debris from gutters and accessible downpipes so rainwater can flow freely. Washing the outside of the guttering, fascias and soffits is a separate service.
Do you repair leaking gutters?
Yes, you can request a repair quote. Tell us where the leak is and describe any visible damage. Repairs need an assessment and an agreed price before payment.
How often should gutters be cleared?
Most homes benefit from clearance once a year. Nearby trees, moss and recurring blockages may mean more frequent visits are useful.
Who can book at the annual price?
Annual prices are available to everyone choosing an annual booking. You do not need to be a regular window-cleaning customer.
Does an annual booking charge me automatically next year?
No. Your online payment covers this visit only. The office contacts you to arrange future visits and confirm the price. This checkout does not set up automatic future charges.
How do I change or cancel my booking?
Contact the office by phone or email with your booking reference as soon as possible. See the booking terms for cancellation and refund information.
